black ferrari no more

A friend was driving down the A217 (mad mile) yesterday, and there was a black ferrari on fire, with black smoke billowing from it. The road was shut on the way up. The front was no more it seemed, so not sure if it was an accident or just fault.

Wondering if it was a Roman's test drive? Can you imagine the conversation with the sales-person:

"so sir, did you like the car"
"err ... it was quite hot to drive ..."

err ... someone obviously beat me to it ... and yes, one of Romans ... 2008 ... ouch. That will affect their premium somewhat!
