My old car, which I planned to give to my little sister to learn to drive in, has been removed and crushed by the management company who look after my apartment complex!
The car was parked in a space, registered in my name, and registered to the property, it was notified as sorn but was not insured. So in my eyes still perfectly legal. The only discrepancy is that it wasn't in my allocated space, but to be honest no one uses the "allocated" spaces anyway. The numbers are hardly visible.
I had no official removal notice or letter through the post etc. Is this allowed? Because Criminal Damage springs to mind!

What are your thoughts?

Start by calling them and asking them on what grounds they removed the car away, and if there is something in the terms of the management contract to say they could do that without written warnings...
