I have recently used Micheldever tyres just off M3 past Basingstoke. There was a production line Q and around 15 - 20 cars being done at any one time and it didnt stop all day.I asked why and they said,

COS WE ARE DEAD CHEEP! They are.

Another one for Bracknell Tyre and Battery (who buy some of their performance tyres from Micheldever and still manage to undercut them by a few quid).

I've heard too many horror stories of damaged wheels at Micheldever...

Got my tyres done last night. Quite happy apart from the fact that I saw one of the guys using a pneumatic drive to start threads on wheel studs which is a recipe for disaster and bang out of order.
