BJV engineering, they do a proper total strip then paint of the wheels, had one of mine done recently and they were bloody good, Pete and others on here have used them a lot I think.

When the other 3 on my car get worse they'll all be getting done there, cheap too.

Ben do they sort out pickup and drop off or did you have to go to them?

Well between me and my dad I think we got 6 wheels done so they were more than happy to collect, I think this depends on where you are though. I'm never getting my wheels done by a "paint shop" again as I used Wicked Wheels last year (and spent £240) and those are crap (didn't do the whole wheel and there are already issues!) and really expensive compared to the job BJV do, I really can't recommend them enough!

Repairing and spraying the facia of an alloy will be fine as long as the wheel has been prepped properly. The trouble occurs when there is rim damage. The first tyre change is when your going to run into trouble, chipped paint etc.
For a top notch job. Spit & Polish in Kent is the way to go. Everything stripped, repaired, degreased, powder coated. Great results. No. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.
Yep, that's the same as BJV - they do a proper job (and they're good value).

The wicked wheels chaps did appear to have done a very good job, but even though they said the paint was already hardened (I left the wheels with them) it wasn't very hard. The worst thing is however that there are splits in the paint heading back from the spokes already.
