Help! I've just found my floorboards are rotten around my bath and need a good (reputable) builder who can help me put it right.

Please drop me a line with names and numbers and how you know them, I'm fed up with builders saying they will come round and failing to show up...

Is it just the floorboards or joists as well?

I think it's the joists as well, but I'm not sure what exaclty a joist is! The wood beneath the wall is rotten, and the floorboards are as well.

I've attached pictures below, which should explain a little more.





I've got the insurance company on hold and will need a quote ASAP to get it sorted. I'm based 2 minutes from Jct5 on the M4

Most round this way are busy building the new shops in Camberley.I cant get anyone for anything at the mo.

OK, thanks for trying guys, I've got a couple of people coming out to look anyway. I'll see how we get on with them, I'm just worried it's gone further then just there...
