What I don't understand is how anyone can complain about being paid 40K base for sitting on their arse and driving a train all day...

I mean how many of us wanted to do this as kids ;-)

Hmm, a trip to Bournemouth for my son's rugby festival, and then visiting relatives around Dorset! Hardly the exotic beach break that I was hoping for...
