Next weekend away run... EVO

Hi All,

We've all talked about it, some people have suggested stuff and this is what I reckon would work best.

Would need to be a Friday and Saturday or a very early start for those that can't be arsed with staying Friday night.

Here's the suggested plan:

Friday after work... home to Hereford (or maybe further e.g. Ludlow / Newtown)

Saturday... EVO triangle and whatever other roads we decide, then back to either the same hotel or one around that area.

Sunday, do the run through the beacons (with some help from John R I hope) and head home.

I'm think we need some time to sort this out, so how about - 4th > 5th April? I just want an idea if anyone is interested or not, if you are then I'll start doing some more serious planning and looking into hotels etc.

PS. If you don't like driving spiritedly in a group, don't come, if you don't like either a) drinking beer or b) laughing at me drinking beer, don't come.

Sounds like a plan... It's unlikely I'll still have the M5 by then, but currently reviewing suitable hoonage material to keep me active until the GTR arrives.

However, every time I cross the line and decide to sell the M5... I do something stupid. Like driving it. And then I change my mind again!

Sorry, looked at dates and realised only get back from a long weekend hoonage in IOM on the Monday before this, chances of getting away again 4 days later are somewhere close to diddly and squat.

Sounds good but not the proposed weekend as I won't be around. Later in April/early May would be much better anyway. Warmer, longer evenings, drier roads, that kinda thing. All the stuff that makes a beer at the end of the day that little more enjoyable.
