Charity kart race at Autosport international
Discussion
This isn't a Thames Valley event, but I thought I'd mention it here as I know there are loads of karters! Racing4charity.com are holding a celebrity charity kart race on the firday of the Autosport/Pistonheads show. There will be teams of 4-5 celebrities who will be joined by 1-2 Public drivers. I've entered already but there are still spaces if anyone is interested. There are some impressive drivers on the current entry list;
Johnny Herbert Ex F1 and Sportscars
Andy Priaulx 3 times WTCC champion
David Brabham Ex F1 and current sportscar driver
Emanulele Pirro Ex F1 and current sportscar driver
Susie Stoddart DTM
Jamie Green DTM
Paul Di Resta DTM
Paul Oneil BTCC
Tom Onlsow Cole BTCC
Rob Collard BTCC
Plus loads more. The official site explains it better than I can;

The only downside is the slightly steep entry fee, £300, but you do get to race with some excellent drivers a=plus 2 tickets to the Friday of the Autosport show, which would cost you about £50. Plus all proceeds are going to Charity. (Which charity will depend on the results of the race!)
If you don't want to race but are up there on the Friday, come along and watch me embarass myself, er, I mean race!

All seats have been taken now, but I was wondering if anyone will be at the show on Friday that is any good with a camera? I have been let down by someone who was going to take photos for me so this also means I have a spare show ticket for Friday (No live action though, but I think this can be added.) if anyone is interested?
