Spooky! I got up this morning and whilst sorting through a box in my study, found a picture of me from about 5 years ago... I was about 3 stone lighter, played football every week, went to the gym 3 times a week and went running most mornings before work! Smoked socially but not full time (maybe about 10 a week maximum).
Now... I get up and have a ciggy, eat breakfast and have a ciggy, surf interweb and have a ciggy, do some work if someone's paying me and have a ciggy, eat lunch and have a ciggy, mooch whilst smoking, errr and that's about it! I might have the odd cigarette too...
Nearest I get to exercise is the pedals in my car - and I have an automated clutch!
Health kick started this morning as well!

Apples aside for a minute, I do need to start running more frequently as Cat and I are running a charity half marathon in January. I did one nearly two years ago now and it was great fun (even though I am definatly not built for long distance running).
