Local Tree Surgeon

I have a walnut tree in my garden that might be on it's last legs, so any recommendations as to someone who can come look, confirm if it is a gonner or not, and maybe remove it for me? The tree is as tall as the house, so it is potentially too big to try and get the hand saw out, but too close to the house to nuke from orbit.

Any recommendations please post here, or PM any warnings. Am looking around the Windsor/Maidenhead area, but anywhere close will hopefully cover this area.
