Car show at Welly Park last sun
Discussion
Was 'organised' by American Car World magazine. Don't know who reads this abysmal rag and the far superior, Classic American or Custom Car mags obv didn't advertise it, so missed this. Think they share the venue with at least one other title from that publisher. I'd assume Jap Performance, last time I went was Triumph World, so the promised AutoJumble was only any good if you wanted a top hose from a Herald or some such
Not too far from home, but think I did better at a charidee car show at Thruxton same day.
Did you see the yellow/black 69 Camaro Pro Street? Gave the owner a hand (well stood there while he borrowed my allen keys) in Fleet services after his blower belt shredded itself on the M3

Mega motor thought it was road legal, wasnt sure,it has unconventional supercharger. A "few" nice yanks, good General Lee no rust, but hardly any others one 57 and one 55 chev,59 caddy which does all local shows, not much else.I have always wanted a rod or muscle car and love V8s, older I get the more I fancy getting one.A friend in Eversley has just got a rod. So soon maybe.
