[little MissProjectManager mode on]



Very Important Question - What are you bringing with you?



Do we need to co-ordinate food etc? Condiments, butter, tea, coffee etc?



Do we need saucepans/cutlery/plates/cups/glasses?



To start off.... I'm coming Saturday morning, but can/will bring as on my own so can fill the car....



2 x boxes white wine (not in boxes/easy to carry/keep cold/= 8 bottles/nice to environment! smile)

6 x bottles red wine for Nigel

Pimms

Lemonade

Pimms Jug

Breakfast for Sunday ie

12 Eggs

18 rashers Bacon

18 Sausages (est)

12 Rolls

Milk - 1 pint

Cheese slices

Salt & Pepper

Tea bags



1 x party size bbq

4 x ice packs & a wine bottle cooler thingy

1 x camping gaz stove thingy - if we need?????

1 x large frying pan - ????

1 x Le Cruset Griddle type pan thingy - ????

Can opener

Bottle opener

Wine bottle opener

Cool Bag

2 x Toilet rolls



Can others please bagsy the following?



washing up liquid

I think food wise we can make a list on Fri or Sat and make a run out??

Also i think we all need torches... (we need to cause some trouble...)

Ali, I know the BBQ is already taken care of as there is a huge one on the back of the RV as far as I am aware. I will be playing chef if you like too? ;-)



Nigel, do you know if the RV is packed full of all the utensils we need?



Should I make some cookies for the SAS crew? wink

Not sure what the RV has... (i think it has a bbq??)

Me, Rob, Nigel, Emma will be there on Friday so i will have a good look around and see what there is and will let you know that you dont need to bring certain items!! hehe and i guess we are going shopping that Friday as well...

Good point, Ali drop one of us your mobile number and we'll give you a buzz on friday to let you know what we can get from the local store, I guess that way you won't have to fill the car with unnecessary stuff. smile

I'm leaving 10.30 Sat am, so anything you need by then we need to get when I'm there at the local one, besides, my large Tesco will be cheaper than a local one aimed at campers I'm sure biggrin



I'll bring the disposable bbq anyway - as the one's attached are a bitch to clean hehe

Yes as far as I know it is, will call Simon in the morning, and will check his website now to see if he lists whats in it........not that i'm bothered as long as there is a corkscrew !
