Ah now a question I can answer. This car resides in Hurley (where I live) and is parked in the cottages opposite the end of the high street. There's a roller Phantom too. Strange when he has such a small house.
The guy does seem like a bit of a T02SER though. The hurley junction and his house are pretty much opposite, and my mum pulled out at hurley to go left and then apparently he pulled out from the other side of the road and drove down the right side of the road overtaking her and almost having a head on with a Land Rover Defender. There are double white lines along the whole stretch by the way.
Still, nice car.
