Basingstoke Churchill Way speed cameras?

Hi Guys

Does any know if there really are speed cameras on Churchill way, Basingstoke the bit that runs under the underpass for festival place. There are signs for them but nothing that looks like truvelo, watchman or anything similar. There are two cameras at each end of the road but they're not specs

They look like video cameras rather than speed cameras, at least thats what I'm hoping!
