Police gathering on Wycombe Marsh (A40)

I drove back from Beaconsfield earlier to see a Police car and the APNR van parked up on the side of the road by Wycombe Marsh. Saw plenty of panda cars flitting around the Micklefield area too.

Does anyone know if anything's going on?

The APNR set up, is checking passing vehicles for insurance, RFL, MOT and current registration. It (fairly) instantly checks the Reg Number against all the things above.

The rozzers dashing around Mickelfield, is just a normal daily activity I would have thought.
