Yes, somewhat contrasting I know, but I am about to buy a Bristol and probably any garage specialising in Jensens or older Americana, or possibly also older Jags (much of the suspension is Jag based) would probably be able to assist with running maintenance and servicing.

Anyone know and trust any local garages that could fit the bill?

Perry at the V8 Centre in High Wycombe - www.thev8centre.com Although their website mainly shows TVRs, at last visit they had, among many others including TVRs, a Bristol 412, Jag MKII & E-type, Cobra, late `60s Mustang, Ford Consul Ute, MK1 Cortina and 2CVs in for work! I`m sure I`ve seen an Interceptor there too. Nice chap, really knows his stuff and very reasonable.

I am not a 'garage' , but I do work on American/classic cars privately.
The Chrysler V8 in the Bristol (a series 3 would be a 6.6ltr / 400 cu in. ?) are my speciality as that's what I've run/raced for 20+ years.
Email me if you would like more info. (you don't seem to accept mail through PH)
