As topic title suggests. Ive just had a call from a lorry driver friend who informed me that he has just seen a black unmarked Porsche 911 carrera 4 pull someone over on the M4 near Reading.

Dirty, dirty bastards.

So be careful!

There's a big Porsche place on J12. Sure it was police related and not just swapping drivers or something?

If it is a Plod that's mighty naughty around J12, as stated there's the Porsche building right on that junction and there are always Porsche tootling round the vicinity. They love that stretch between Newbury and Reading don't they?

I saw a dark blue Carrera 4S (997) complete with 'Kojak' light on roof and uniformed policeman driving on the A33 in Reading in July. The copper was wearing the type of uniform firearm's officers wear (dark blue overall style top with black strips on shoulders). It shifted off pretty rapid from a set of lights I was stopped at (just coming off the IDR)

Could'nt believe my eyes initially when I saw the blue light on the roof! Never thought the Police had vehicles like that, perhaps it was his private car; I don't know (?)

My guess is Drugs/Vice/Serious Crime/AT boys - they confiscate such vehicles from numpties they nick.

It's a 996 C4S on an 0* plate. Saw it close up recently and no doubt it was BiB!

Useful info... I once had a quick blast with a dark Carrera 4S between J12-J11 M4 late one night, won't do that one again. Good to know my council tax is put to good use :-/
