Ok ladies and gentlemen , That should actually say CONVOY

was wondering if anybody from maidenhead/cookham/taplow/surrounding areas would be interested in convoying down to the meet on sunday morning? we were thinking of leaving about 10 ish, would be good fun to arrive on mass, and convoying is always fun (sounds a bit dodgy that, lol)

I know there are a few PHs near me , just wondering if anybody else would be interested. No chavs allowed lol!

cheers
Jam

The car park off the Braywick Road? Might get tight for space.

EARLY STARTERS...

There's a few early birds meeting at the Beaconsfield Layby on A355 just off Junc 2 M40 leaving at 9:45am sharp if a few more fancy joining us. NB: This is not a good place for lots of people to meet as space is a bit limited [being a layby & lorry dependant]. Maybe 10 - 12 cars tops. If there's no space we'll be on the other side of the road.

Map - www.streetmap.co.uk/streetmap.dll?G2M?X=495275&Y=189427&A=Y&Z=1

1. Phil - Cerb
2. R4mon - Chim 500
3. Rob - Ultima
4. Humpy - Noble M12

^^^ you gents (humpy)have got a great convoy building there, i am assuming you are going to go rnd the M25? I was going to suggest we take some scenic back rds down to VW (a330 through ascot?) and so i was Thinking more like meeting at one of the INd parks just on the edge of maidenhead and then going form there. would you gents be interested? so far we have got 3 M3's, would love to add your cars (and landys) to the grp!

@ Touching Cloth, i notice you are going mate, are you convoying or just going down yourself? would be good to have you along mate.

@Slikk and Fer, the car park of braywick might be a bit tight for space, i was thinking the carpark at homebase/halfords In maidenhead, the one opposite the Mini dealership. do you know where i mean?

I'm in ..... I think

Not signed up till now because I was meant to Tunnel Running in London first complete with doing the Heathrow ones on the way out to VW, had to drop out of that but can therefore do this now. Halfrauds/Homebase car park it is, think we want to definitely leave no later than tennish (ears hehe) to try to be at VW by about 1030, the list is looking mighty large now and at the last one there were some who could not get in and pretty big queues so earlier the better.

wavey See you all on Sunday

No, not planning on using the motorways - no fun.

Appreciate the invite We were planning a direct route - Slough - Windsor - Ascot. I'll have a chat to the lads and get back to you on it. Our early start may not be suitable though.

Thanks
