Discussion
Hello All,
Just thought this may be of some interest.
I only came across it by chance and had heard nothing of it prior to today.
It's near Newbury and takes place on the 23rd July.

Hi Muzzy
Yeh interesting to me, I'll be there with the family. Me and the boys drooling over the exotica and the wife in the museum...dosn't sound flattering does it ?
Will take the vette if its a nice day just show these ferrari's boys that you don't have to break the bank for a great looking car.

Went along to this event today, had a superb day!! Did the ride round the grounds in the 360CS that was going all day. Man the noise, acceleration and brakes!! Was nice to see the cars being driven in anger and get to experience them rather than them just being displayed. Good turn out for the display too!!
Apologies to the guy with the 360CS though, when I got in I shut the door and caught the harness in it d'oh. Great driving though, waiting to leave a gap to the next car in front so he could nail it through 1st to 4th!! Awesome.

I agree, really enjoyed the day. Apparently there was a 50mph speed limit placed on the drivers by her ladyship around the estate roads but most of the drivers gave it the gas. The few that didn't found it slightly more difficult to get passengers, which was a shame as it was for charity. My sons first ride in a Ferrari and didnt he love it.
Congradulations to all the owners as it was a great day and very well attended.

Ahem, well the chap I went with at least doubled that, probably getting on for 1.2 leptons or so at one point round the back before backing off and braking very hard...
Yes my family and I all enjoyed the day.We couldn't prise my 3 year old away from the start gate, watching the cars blast off.I was told by the round table people that they had twice as many people there than expected.I was the last for a hog roast, which ended at 2 pm,as they ran out!!!! Fab day, just feeling the sunburn starting to cool now....
