Spotted on M3 today J4a, Saab 93 in puke green 4 up completely unmarked GX53 ###. be Aware!!

That one belongs to Surrey Police - usually works out of the traffic garage at Burpham. In fact I'm going out for a pint with one of it's regular drivers in about an hour.
