Hesitation at 4krpm - Chesnut I know...
Discussion
Hi folks,
Once again the car has been for a whacking great service. Once again it has lovely new disks and pads all round a new set of tyres and all the usual things done. Smashing.
Sadly now though - and its been difficult lately to test this - the car hesitates further up the rev range - around 4krpm I think.
Now I haven't really had the chance of a dry, warm road with enough grip to really explore this - being able to sustain high revs whilst actually moving ain't so easy at this time of year...but I'm hoping to get out this weekend and check it out.
I don't remember the problem prior to the service.
So, my experienced TVR bretheren, I know its a chestnut and I have done a search, somewhat inconclusively, but what should I be checking out...
I'm no mechanic but I can shove home HT leads with the best of them...

You might want to try a different room - this one's a bit quiet.
