Ended up in Aylesbury last Friday night, so we decided to go for a curry. Don't know the place too well, and the restaurant we chose was not the best!

Can anyone recommend a good curry house in Aylesbury?

Second that about Shaad, only up the road from Aylesbury, but very good.Loads of room inside and quality food.

Cheers

Tell me about it Wasn't by choice though, the GF gets her hair done there and was a bit peckish afterwards

LOL

I come from Aylesbury (C**p hole) There is a good curry house near near the Weavers pub (cant remember the road, has the new retail park on it too).

It is on the right if you are coming away from town towards the pub.

I have used the Bengal Blue, down the side road near the police station a few times on visits to Aylesbury. The food is pretty good!!

Greg,

just go to Mela in Aston CLinton. Far far far better than Shaad!

AAH,the great local curry house debate...which is better and why ?
Personally, I really rate Shaad, altho having used it a lot, wish they change the menu a bit.If I go to Mela, I never know if my cars going to be outside when Im finished, and I have had a dodgy takeout from them.

or just come round mate - you may or may not recall last time you were there: nothing to do with the ale of course!
