Urgent Help Part 2, Need a Room to Rent

Sorry for the second post folks, have a new pressing problem that needs sorting and did'nt want it to get lost in previous thread.

Does anyone know of someone with a room to rent. My move to Amersham is off now and I need to sort somewhere to live ASAP !!

Location needs to be in Amersham/Chesham/Chalfonts area even maybe a little further towards Uxbridge as I'm waiting on hearing on a Job in Uxbridge. I will also consider Wendover/Aylesbury but needs to be about Amersham really due to travelling too and from work.

Pref need a bigish room, does'nt matter whether furnished or not as I have some shelves etc and bed if need be.

It would be nice if there is one decent parking space as I have a Nissan Skyline which i dont want sitting on the road if poss.

Will look at anything really, any help would be gratefully received. I need to sort something within next two weeks. Am living at home currently and parents are moving away from area in a couple of weeks down to the Isle Of Wight...

I dont know exactly to be honest. While i dont want anything massivly long term i.e. years, it could be for up to a year or so depending on job and whether I arrange to get a flat with my g/friend which at the moment is not possible.

Ideally I'd look for somewhere that was ongoing on a month by month basis..... I'm aware that i dont want to intrude on someone long term. I do have a decent job and can provide a reliable monthly rent for someone for however long I'm about...

I know of two places that maybe up for rent if you're interested.

Ones in Gerrards Cross the other is in Amersham, I did try and e-mail you with the details but I could not seem to get an e-mail to you, some restriction on your account???

I'm sorted temporarily. I work for the university college in chalfont st giles and I've been able to get a room on campus.

I will be changing jobs in the next couple of months though, so will have to go through the process all again. I am still looking for a place to stay although the area may now depend on where my next job is. I have an interview in uxbridge tomorrow and if i got that i'd still be looking around the amersham/chalfonts area. There is also the possibility of a job back in aylesbury in which case i'd move back there again....

Oh for a simple life..........

My mum used to rent rooms to students from there (she's moved from the big house now). Have you tried the Uni's room finding service? They seem to do a really good job of it.
