Cameras on A322 S-bound M3 to Bisley

Saw some cameras on the A322 this morning between the M3 roundabout and the roundabout at the end of the dual carriage way bit before Biseley- does anyone know what these are?- SPECS, ANPR?

Thanks for that- I was convinced that there were no scammera signs around- though they did look like SPECS cameras...

They are Specs, but only part of a Test
