Hi all,

Just relocated to Surrey with a new job and was wondering if anyone knows anyone who is letting out a 2 bed property in the Woking area.

Thanks

Sorry mate, don't know of anyone personally.

But if you want any info, I've lived in the area for 24 years.

Have you tried the property websites like www.rightmove.co.uk?

The Property Weekly paper comes free with the Woking News & Mail.

Didn't realise you were down here already or I would have mentioned it sooner.

I've got a couple of places in Horsham, both will be available after Christmas

Might be a bit far, but if you're interested drop me a line 2 bed house, or 2 bed flat (possibly with garage) £675PCM.

I hate to break this news, but that's actually pretty reasonable.

Have you looked at Guildford? It's nicer than Woking and only a 5 minute drive away.

I ment that the one i was looking at was a bit pricey, i agree that 675 is a reasonable price to pay down south..

That's bloody cheap - let alone reasonable - I was renting a 3 bed house out up north for £1,000 a month 6 years ago.

I would have thought most 2 beds without running rats and mildew decoration that are not within shouting (to make yourself heard) distance of a major road will be around £800-1000 a month.

exactly - thats cheap! to compare with my 1-bed flat that costs £1,500 p/m...
