Merc service near Reading

My C43 needs a service, and I'm looking at alternatives to the main dealers, as I don't want to pay their prices. I have a warranty on it, so will need to use genuine parts (what ever that means when it comes to oil and spark plugs...)

John Griffiths is just down the road from me in Caversham.

I've never used them, but they've been in business for 40yrs and seem to have a good rep locally.

Yep, that'll be me, Calcot Cars, highly recommended. Couple of folks in my neighborhood use them and everyone's more than happy. I tried John Griffiths but found them a bit like a doctor's surgery, hard to get past the receptionist, whereas at Calcot I always spoke directly to the top man.

Eventually though, I got sick of coughing up for constant repairs on my wretched money pit of a car, so I got a Honda instead. 5 years, zero bills, bliss.
