Cheap body shop or spray painter in the Reading area?

I need my front bumper resprayed, but the quotes you get unless you know someone is crazy. I used to use a place in London where I knew the owner, always did me a good deal. But then the old boy croaked and I've since moved out to Reading so if there's anyone in the area that can do a decent job without charging an arm and a leg, that would be helpful.

I've used this chap a few times, really good value and a lovely guy (albeit speed and deadlines aren't exactly his strong point!). He's in South Stoke, not necessarily the easiest place to get to depending on where you are in Reading.
