Carpenter with workshop recommendations??

Currently starting a major re-furb of the house, including the kitchen. We've got some waney edge oak planks that we'd like making into a table top for the new kitchen. This will be approx 2.5m x 1m.

We'd like the workshop to be able to join the planks and prep the top surface. It may need bracing to keep it flat.

Location needs to be within reach of Sunningdale/Windlesham please?
