Anyone near Hurley?

Years ago I used to drive down Mill Lane and park in the field at the bottom for a picnic next to the river. Anyone know if you can still do this? Looking on google street view it appears the car park is now closed?

Nope, owners closed it off at the start of the first lock-down. You can still park in the free car-park and walk to the field but you can't drive into it or have BBQ's, put up a tent etc.........

Yup, you can still get down to the field for a picnic and paddle. Iirc there are now signs up saying no BBQ's, music, tents etc
