Heathrow airport ring road ans speed camera's?

So the M4 was part shut today and I ended up near Heathrow on their ring road. Spotted some weird tiny camera's all marked up as speed camera's - are they speed camera's? Anyone been caught on them etc?



Didn't flash or anything that I could see for anyone near me.

I think there was a thread about these in SP&L a year or two back. I'll have a search and see if i can find it.

passed one of these after a digiting speed sign showed me at 37 on the northern side, didn't hear anything since.
I believe it was determined only repeat offenders were being reported to the police
