Bathroom fitters Berkshire
Discussion
Hi all, I was wondering if you could please recommend any bathroom fitting companies that can do full bathroom renovations in Berkshire and surrounding areas.
Also, if anyone is located around here, can you please share approximate costs for a bathroom renovation? We are replacing like for like in the exact same places and the bathroom is 2.7m x 1.60m.
Thank you in advance!!

I think that's way too general a question & you're going to have to narrow the location down much more that just Berkshire & the area around it.
For a low to moderate level refurbishement of a bathroom that size you could be looking at £2000 to £3500 for materials & probably at least £3000 & up for labour. It wouldn't take too much scope creep to double that materials budget if you start looking at fancy tiles, vanity units & mirror cabinets with LED lights. If you buy a B&Q bog in a box then you might save a bit.

Thank you for your answer Mr Pointy. I am located outside of Reading.
So far I have been quoted £12k, around £8.5k of which is labour and the rest for materials but only LVT on the floor. I found the variety of fittings pretty limited and ideally I would like to be able to choose outside the brands that were on offer.
With regards to the labour cost, I find it extortionate as we literally remove one suite to put the other one in. Nothing moves around and we don’t need to take the whole bathroom back to brick as it’s not tiled top to bottom. It is quite difficult to get someone in for a quote and it feels like I can’t find many reviews for the companies that are local.
