Fire - spread quickly

My daughter phoned to tell me there was a couple of fire engines attending a blaze on the common. It’s now jumped the Chobham road, the railway and has now hit the Wentworth course

Been going over 12 hours now.

Most houses have been evacuated and everyone being hosted at Charters.

Chobham road closed from the A30 to the roundabout by the car park (up your way).

I got a pic earlier from the bridge, of the railway line, and it pretty bad

Appears to have been controlled through the night.

We had the news chopper overhead earlier.
