Locations for car photo shoot?
Discussion
Hi all, can anyone recommend in the local area (Berkshire/ Surrey way) a good place for me to take my car to do a photo shoot for a for sale advert? Don't want the boring driveway shots and seen plenty of cars for sale with nice backdrops but no idea of a place locally I can go?
Thanks
Thanks
One of my favourite locations is either along the B3348 Wellingtonia Avenue, side of the road. Second is opposite the pub The Queens Oak by the green in Finchampsead village - Church Lane with the church in view.
That's where I took my profile picture for the Lotus.

Windsor Great Park is good, the sun sets behind the trees.

I've taken a lot on this small stretch of dead end road, only a farm at the end of it an virtually no traffic - depending on the time of year the colours on the trees really create a good contrast to a well polished car; https://www.google.com/maps/place/Forest+Rd,+Wokin...

Thankfully the insurance paid out but the bikes were never recovered - TBH I don't think they were ever really 'looked for'.....Bib believe they would have ended up in Eastern Europe and would have been sold into Spain/France/Italy via eBay or some other form of online sales mechanism.....Thanks to MadDad for the location mentioned
Great spot for taking the new toy along to tonight.

When I saw your photo and read your description, that end of Forest Road was exactly what came to mind, so I was gobsmacked when that's exactly where your link pointed! mario328 said:

Wellingtonia Avenue will be an even quieter location for a photo shoot now it's going to be closed for the next year while they sort out the stretch near the war memorial that's sliding down the hill. The church near the Queen's Oak is where I took this photo of my old TVR, many years ago...
