We're having a bit of a downdraft issue at the moment. I think it's because the chimney wasn't cleaned in the autumn.

As it's a new house (to us) we don't have any local contacts - Any suggestions for a good sweep in the Woking/Chobham/Windlesham area?

We've used Kevin to clean ours for the past 10 years. Never had an issue.

Have you considered an updraft inducing weather cowl on the top of the chimney such as a "Colt Top"?
Used to have (not sure if they still do) a money back guarantee if not successful.
