A331 "Roadworks" Camberley

I am sure I am not only one affected by the road closure on the A331 between A30 and M3 J4 around the Sainsbury's junction.
Anyone know what's happening with them, it's a proper bottleneck in the mornings.
It appears to be a collapsed man hole cover (IIRC this has only been replaced fairly recently)
Spoke to Hampshire Roads, spoke to Hampshire Roads yesterday, who know nothing, and said it came under Surrey. Called Surrey, who also had no record but sent me a lovely email promising to respond within 28 days

I didn't even know about it. The roadworks on the A30 between Meadows and Frimley road (which disappeared but now seem to be back), and the roadworks that are gradually moving along Frimley road from the bridge towards the A30 get me every day.

Just drove past it, Surrey CC van parked in the cones and workmen filling the hole. I wonder if my call reminded them about it
