Being my first change of season without enough space in the garage, I am researching seasonal tyre management options.

There are the normal self storage places, but prices seem excessive for simply storing tyres.
Are there any tyre hotel places in the Reading area? Porsche seem to offer the service, but I don't drive a Porsche, and can only imagine what they'll charge.

Alternatively I could try selling my old set on ebay, but that is some extra hassle, and I'll have to lug them around in the back/boot for a bit.

Wish there was a tyre place that would a trade in for your old tires when you bought/fitted new ones at their place...

Some main dealerships offer to store winter tyres through the summer and vice versa, they might be worth a try

Cheers, I'll check with Cooper. Although they'll probably ask me to buy the tires from them to use the service
upd: Cooper Reading said they do offer tire storage, but couldn't give me details as the "tire guy" was out for the weekend

upd2: got quoted 36 per movement and 30 per install, for a set of wheels. Since I haven't found any places nearby that offer this, might as well go with the stealer. Surely they know how to handle wheels seeing how many new oem styles are diamond cut
