Domestic Property Maintenance Company (Woking)

We’re just about to complete the purchase of a house in Woking which will be our new home for when we move back to the U.K next year. As it’s going to be empty for a few months over winter before we move, I was trying to find a professional company that I could contract with to visit on a regular basis to ensure everything is o.k as well as to look after the garden and be on call should there be any issues to deal with. Any suggestions? All I can seem to find is just one-off maintenance contractors. I would consider professional house sitters, but it’s not going to have any furniture in it etc. Thanks
