New Cameras in Epsom?

The speed cameras in Epsom/Ewell between the Organ Inn crossroads and Homebase roundabout appear to have been replaced.

Anyone know what the new units are? Average speed or just new bi-directional ones?

Suspect they're spot speed rather than average as they only cover a short distance. I'm assuming the additional ones up by the lights are to help prevent muppets turning right blocking the yellow box southbound as they head towards Cheam from Epsom. Wasn't having any effect yesterday but they'll soon learn (hopefully) !

Definitely average speed readers. The signs have gone up stating it.
