Hi All,

I need to park in Reading this weekend for about 48 Hours.
Close as possible to the train station.
Are there any car parks that will accommodate this or will I have to rent a driveway?

Thanks,

Bob

Money no object you can park in he official station car park overnight but prob not cheap.

Also the NCP across the road on Garrard Street, very close and likely expensive too - although NCP do quite a few weekend specials

Hills Meadow is £8ish for 24h and a 2 minute walk to the station. Get the Ringo app on your phone and you can extend after 24h as I think the max booking at any given time is 24h though you can stay longer, oddly.

I park occasionally at Garrard street NCP - horrendously tight parking spaces.

NCP Garrard St is fine for a barge - not for your pride and joy (as detailed above, tiny spaces).

It is used by local hotels for overnight parking, so cars left for long periods are common.

Hills Meadow now full of transits and caravans fwiw.

Haha, yes it is!
Parked the car on Friday in a semi-respectable car park full of cars... returned at midday today and it was a gypo site! Haha!
The car was remarkably all in one piece, complete with all four wheels.
