I've used elite wheels before and been happy with the results.

Thanks, used them for tyres several times, didn't realise they did alignment too.

Elite are fine for basic adjustment, but in my experience they will only adjust to get the car within manufacturer's tolerances.

If you want something more specialized (i.e. a specific handling balance) , Wheels in Motion in Chesham are excellent

Nick develops alignment machines for a well-known manufacturer so what he doesn't know about alignment ain't worth knowing...
Visit Ikea just down the road whilst you're there.

I used a Garage near Fleet station
Located on a small industrial estate.
The guy spent a good deal of time getting one of my American Pickup Trucks spot on.

Likewise, used them a couple of times for alignments and other things. Find them genuine and knowledge - even done a few freebies for me, to the extent I had to insist on paying them money once!

Elite Wheels do custom alignments too. I had my Abbott Racing Saab 9000 done, which has a quite a few specific settings.
Got to go in the workshop too and see their "Hunter" system at work. Its a superb bit of kit to say the least !.

Wheels in motion are just box tickers IME, they get loads of praise on here but Im not so impressed with them having been a few times, if you have a sensitive car like BMW m3 for example they wont make the effort to weight the car and they never seem to be able to get the steering wheel straight. go to a specialist - Centre Gravity or torque developments.

I visited WIM years ago and was impressed by them - they actually advised against any adjustment on that car.

I'm booked into them on the 9th - they're one of the few places relatively close who do Ferrari alignment.

Used CG before too (for Porsche) and they are very good.
