Just wondered if anyone could recommend a local firm - it's time I made a will!

Thanks.

Not too far away, in Bracknell:

We used them for our wills, very thorough and not expensive either (ended up getting married after some advice from them after 21 years together too!).

Currently using them to help on a case due to a friend of ours passing away recently without a will and have been exceptionally helpful with this.

Thanks for that. thumbup

I called them yesterday and they've sent me a questionnaire to complete, so will see how it goes!

Great, hope it works out for you. smile

It's a bit morbid to think about, but it certainly makes things easier for those left behind when the time does come.

I know, but although Mrs Tidy and I separated over 7 years ago, we're still technically married so had to I set up something that will achieve what I want.

Sounds like you’ve got it all sorted,
But I’ve used lifetime legal based in camberley before and couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I can recommend C.J. Giles in Wokingham, they helped me with my Dad's Estate, the year before last.

I managed collecting and disposing of the assets and they managed the legal process and helped with advice on inheritance tax. This helped to keep the costs down. They will do everything if that is what you want. Freindly, helpful and kept me up to date.

Thanks for the useful recommendations everyone. thumbup

I'll see how I get on with Fairbrother & Darlow first.

But at some time I will need to deal with Probate as my Mother is 96. Hopefully later rather than sooner.
