House Buying Location

In the middle of trying to buy a place & seen in Sutton Courtenay. The house was nice & the village seems really nice.

Had a look for some crime stats & seems fairly low (will never find anywhere which is totally 0).

However was just wondering if people on here knew the area & had any comments or guidance for it?

Quite a sort after location locally. If your happy with the actual house I dn't think you 'll have any issues with the area!!
