It might be the long curve and people coming on and off the Southern Industrial estate.

Good sight of the incoming, trouble is whatever speed you make it the stpid lowlife still think they have precedence over you

Various accidents over the past few years with people joining it, last year a “boy racer” lost it on the roundabout and took out someone’s fence/garden. I understand it can be a bit race track at night.

The police had a van out early morning the other week on the southern exit towards McD’s, which was nearly annoying wink

Yes, but then he was probably not taking any notice of the N/S/L either - so making it a 50 won't stop that sort of incident! banghead

True. Although it makes it quite a bit easier to nick them for speeding in a 50 zone, rather than a 70.

That must surely provide some consolation for those who find a smashed up snotter of a car in their garden wearing their fence and some brickwork!
