Anybody know of somebody local who can do car upholstery?

The heater elements have failed in my driver seat, and I think a quality upholstery expert might do a better job than a mechanic.

Need to be familiar with high end cars.

I've found "Dave the Trimmer" in Frimley but not sure what he's like.

ETA : just had a chat with Dave and he sounds promising. Anybody used him?

These guys are not far away. They have done a lot of work for me and a mate of mine. We were both very pleased with their work, and the cost.

I had Dave out to do the interior on a Bentley I was selling. He's a nice enough chap but after 4 attempts at a colour match he got the hump and left (without telling me) and then wouldn't pick up the phone to me after!!

Interesting might be giving you guys a call this week. Are you at the firm on your LinkedIn profile?

Yes I would recommend them based on friends who have had work done.

That being said i was trying to get my seats retrimmed a few years ago and he was very unresponsive to messages.

I gave up and went elsewhere.

This is still on my to-do list - postponed slightly, because the car decided it needed new rear lights!

Car back from Trimmania.
Drivers seat repair this was the only damaged trim on the inside of the car when we bought it. The sides were broken and worn through. The seat has now been given a new lease of life with out looking out of place with the rest of the trim. Carpets are next on the list as they have faded.
