Late night Chinook Reading?

Living in Farnham on the flight path into Odiham, we're very used to Chinooks at all hours (there's one doing circuits now!). They don't even wake the kids anymore!
Use to hear them sitting on the apron rotors turning in the middle of the night waiting to lift when I lived in Odiham. As you say, you get use to them and it’s comforting hearing them when elsewhere With them based at Benson your likely to get them wandering that way, recently been lots of them about practicing with loads strung underneath, a few low night time runs and they seem to be trying out the spot lights while chasing trains between Didcot and Reading at night (which looks bloody impressive)
