Small Fabrication job in Reading

Looking to the PH Masses for experience.

I've purchased a universal winch for my Brian James trailer and am looking for a bespoke mount, that will attach centrally and move the bracket out to the right of the trailer in line with the tow hook on the vehicle.

I am inexperienced in this area but feel it would need to be a flat, fairly thick sideways bracket that goes out to the right, then a strong box section going upwards to mount the winch on.

Does anyone have any experience of local fabricators who may take this on?
