Polish Plumber reqd

Having a very slight leak in the incoming mains ( it is a pinhole,so small the eater comes out in a mist!!. i have tried several plumbers to pop round for a quote.
Several request have been met with silence and all local chaps
The limit was when one told me he couldnt get around to quote until the first week in September FFS
Luckily the guys at Ballcock and bits have recommended a Rubberweld as a possible solution. which has proved to be the case, but i dont want to end up a permanent one.
So if anyone knows a a good Polish chap who may actually give a f
k please let me know.
