Came past at around 830 am, after sitting in slow traffic all the way from Sandhurst. Two fire appliances, a fire officer 4x4, an Ambulance, Police, and a Dayglo TRL vehicle, but no sign of any incident... what on earth was going on, or was something down the embankment?
