I would also recommend primo - received a great service from them, - they seemed more experienced and knowledgeable than the other companies I approached when I had my wheels refurbedThey've done 4 sets for me now over the years, and I've always been really pleased with the results..

Yes I used Wheel Specialist in Farnborough to refurbish my diamond cut alloys and the finish was A1, exactly same as factory
Based on the comments on this thread I decided to use them a couple of weeks ago.I had one kerbed wheel and assumed I would need to get all 4 done, but they assured me they could match the existing wheels so the car was booked in for the following week.
They did perfectly match the colour - however, the finish was gloss and my other wheels are satin. The car therefore went back a couple of days later to be done again with a satin finish.
When I went to collect it I initially thought the colour match wasn't as good - it looked slightly paler. I was assured it was the same colour as the first time, but just a different finish - but that if I wasn't happy they would do it again and would continue doing so until I was happy.
By the next day, in normal daylight it looked fine and the colour match was excellent.
Overall, very friendly bunch and excellent customer service. The fact that the original finish was wrong was a bit surprising and disappointing, but they did correct it quickly.
From a quality point of view - the finish when it was gloss was not perfect - paint looked a little heavy with the odd imperfection when viewed close up. Acceptable for a wheel but that finish on bodywork would not be good enough. The satin finish is much better - I'd say not as good as my other 3 which were done about a year ago by Lepsons via Exel wheels - but still pretty good.
Overall I'd recommend them but in my experience there is better. But - I paid £102 for one wheel so all 4 would have been £408 - whereas it cost me a fairly ridiculous £650 last year. So it's all relative
