Hello, new to the area!
Discussion
Hello, just thought I'd pop up and say hello. I've recently moved to near Camberley and will be staying down here for the rest of the year.
If some one could kindly let me know the details for the local TVRCC and a Mini owners club that would be great.(Being a Northerner I'm not entirely sure where I am, it's all London to me!)
Hopefully I'll be bringing the Cerb down in a couple of weeks, subject to an MOT.
Looking forward to meeting up with you all
Thanks,
Joe.

Welcome to the area!
The TVRCC surrey website is:
www.tvrcc-surrey.co.uk/
Though its a bit out of date. I'm sure Steve/Karen will post something here. I went to my first surrey meet yesterday. Good fun, nice bunch.
Enjoy Camberley. Have you experienced the delights of the bars there yet?
Hi Joe,
Welcome to the region. As Jim correctly pointed out the website needs updating but that's because we've been out driving the cars and generally working too hard. The past events give you a flavour of what we get up to. The monthly meet is on the fourth Thursday of the month at The Fairmile Arms, Cobham (near Esher) from 7.30pm until the bar staff want to go home. We regularly get a good number of cars and the natives are very friendly.
We also have a more up to date e-group where we discuss all things TVR and plan events, etc. If you'd like to join the e-group just send an e-mail to calisto@postmaster.co.uk and I'll do the rest.
The next events are the Surrey Curry Night at The Stoneleigh Brasserie, Stoneleigh on Saturday the 12th of March followed by a convoy to Racing Green TVR Dealership (Ash Vale) on the 13th to see the Sagaris. Next monthly meet is on the 24th of March.
See you soon,
Karen
If you are from NY you probably know Bob the Planner, Rich Abbott and possibly John and Tracy Gaytor (outer-Surrey members). Great bunch.
